Having issues logging in? Try to clea your CACHE files first. Follow the steps below for your browser:
In Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More .
- Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
- Close the browser, then reopen and go to JNJ Online Auction to log in
Delete cache and cookies in the new Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge, select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Privacy & services.
- Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
- Select "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data" check box and then select Clear.
- Close the browser, then reopen and go to JNJ Online Auction to log in
Clear the cache from FireFox
- In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Preferences. ...
- Select the Privacy & Security panel.
- In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data….
- Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data. ...
- With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.
- Close the browser, then reopen and go to JNJ Online Auction to log in

Searching - There are two ways to seach for items, Basic Search and Advanced Search.
Basic Search - Accessible from both the Home Page and Browse.

Advanced Search - Accessible by clicking the "Advanced Search" button on the Home Page
The following options are available for the Advanced Search:

Load Saved Search - Use a previously saved search.

Category - Select a specific item category or "All Categories."

Search - Enter Keywords or Item #. To search Title & Descriptions check the appropriate box.

Item Options - Used to search custom item fields. Example: ISBN # for textbooks.
